EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 18, 2004, the Board appointed the architectural firm of The Architectural Practice, Inc. with Kalemeris Construction, Inc. providing construction management services. This added scope will be accomplished under the terms of the existing agreements. The scope of work provides for construction of fourteen additional classrooms.
Change Order No. 3 provides for the cutting of ledger block to avoid two months delay in obtaining pre-formed dry-block ledger block. It also provides for the addition of Thoroseal and Polyguard for stucco work to provide added moisture protection at exterior walls. Change Order No. 4 provides for window revisions required by the Department of Education.
