This project was planned by the architectural firm of Ranon & Partners, Inc. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Mathews Construction. The scope of work included the addition of a free standing 3,211 square foot field house building. The field house included girls and boys locker rooms, gang restrooms, coaches offices and a conference room.

Change Order No. 3 provides for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 4 provides for the final reconciliation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program. Change Order No. 5 provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
