WAREHOUSE RENOVATION
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $107,262.00 EXTRA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Reliable Group and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services for the renovation of the Central Warehouse. The scope of work provides for construction of a print shop and related office space within an existing warehouse. Upon completion, the Central Printing operation will be relocated from the Instructional Services Center to the Central Warehouse.

This change order provides for upgrade of existing septic system at the Hanna Avenue Warehouse as mandated by the Health Department. It also provides for connection of the new Central Printing facility to the upgraded septic system, and for restoration of a portion of the parking lot.
