APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH TAMPA ELECTRIC COMPANY

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Tampa Electric Company has requested School Board approval of utility easements for Carrollwood and Turner Elementary Schools.

These easements are required by Tampa Electric Company in order to access their underground conduit and wires for maintenance purposes.
