This project was planned by the architectural firm of Rowe Architects, Inc. On November 9, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Creative Contractors, Inc. The scope of work provides for new finishes throughout the facility, new roof at all the buildings with the exception of the Media Center, new covered walkways and fire alarm, intercom, telephone, data, security, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and lighting systems. It also provides for the removal of existing suspended classroom ceilings, replacement of windows in the cafeteria, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility at classroom entrances and toilets.

This change order provides for fire alarm, wall, ceiling, brick, and roofing repairs, painting, concrete splash blocks, relocation of HVAC ductwork, installation of new glass and louver classroom doors, additional power and data outlets in Kitchen, and replacement of sidewalk at main entrance.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
