EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Florida Statute 1013.28 allows the District the authority to sell assets that are “obsolete or the continued use of which is uneconomical or inefficient, or which serves no useful function.”

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

The District will receive approximately 90% of the sale price of the items. The auctioneer will retain approximately 10%. There is no monetary impact to the District.
