SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve Agreement with Twila VanBrunt for Web Site Consultant Services.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The consultant will work with specific departments to advise on content and design and maintenance of web sites already under construction. Specific departmental or area web sites already created by this consultant are Transportation, Choice, and District Policy Manual. This contract will allow for the continued maintenance and design continuity for these sites.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Effective internal and external communications, and online access to resources and information will enhance and support the achievement of the defined goals in the District Strategic Plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
This contract will not exceed $3,966.40 and is budgeted within the 3-year district technology plan.
