SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the agreement to release payment for transportation services provided to the City of Tampa Summer Swim Program.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Each summer the Transportation Department provides services to the City of Tampa for the Summer Swim Program. The City of Tampa has been provided a bill for these services and is requesting approval for release of payment. Services to Hillsborough County children include transportation from parks and recreation centers to pools for instructional and recreational swim programs.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
The agreement will release payment for recovering costs for transportation services provided at a rate of $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile.
EVALUATION
Review the agreement annually prior to renewal to determine financial adjustment based on increases in fuel and personnel cost.
