Recognize Nineteen Schools Honored for Making the Most Year-to-Year Progress in School Grades
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Governor Jeb Bush and Education Commissioner John Winn recognized the top 100 schools in the State of Florida that have made the most year-to-year progress in school grades. The Hillsborough County Public Schools listed on the attached list were recognized for their highest increase in the total points schools received on the school grading criteria for the 2005-2006 academic year over the previous year.
The students, teachers, parents, and administration were commended for doing an outstanding job helping students improve in the core academic skills.
