UTILITY EASEMENT
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH TAMPA ELECTRIC COMPANY

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Tampa Electric Company has requested approval of an utility easement for Egypt Lake Elementary School.

This easement is required by Tampa Electric Company to cover an additional meter and conduit installation and to access overhead and underground lines of wires, cables, data transmission and communication facilities, supporting structures and necessary appurtenances.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
