APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $37,030.00 EXTRA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the project to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. The scope of work provides for remodel of existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

This change order provides for removal, abatement, and disposal of asbestos roofing materials and lead paint.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 2006.
