EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the enginering firm of Lyle Engineering Group. On February 7, 2006, the Board awarded the project to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corporation. The scope of work provides for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
