Approve the Technical Service Agreement for New Frontier 21, LLC, Who Will Provide On-site Support with The Implementation of Professional Learning Communities at Middleton High School and Sulphur Springs Elementary School (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)

New Frontier 21, LLC will work with members of the Leadership and Coaching Academies to continue to support the implementation of Professional Learning Communities. During this visit, Mr. Muhammad of New Frontier 21, LLC will provide on-site support and coaching to Middleton High School and Sulphur Springs Elementary School. Mr. Muhammad will observe different professional learning communities in action. He will also meet with the teams and administrators to discuss any issues related to the implementation of professional learning communities, including scheduling, data analysis, or progress monitoring. Mr. Muhammad will customize solutions to meet the needs of individual schools. This on-site coaching will help support the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Model for the ultimate purpose of eliminating the achievement gap.

Goal 5- The District will eliminate the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) achievement gap by a minimum of 10 percentage points as reported by No Child Left Behind.

The amount of $6,752 will be paid using Title I funds.

Anticipated: By May 24, 2007, all participants will complete an opinionnaire designed to measure the quality of the support provided by New Frontier 21, LLC.
