On June 15, 2004, the Board approved the appointment of The Architectural Practice, Inc. for architectural services. On May 16, 2006, the Board awarded the contract for construction management services to Ellis Construction Company. The scope of work provides for a new 720 student station elementary school.

Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for value engineering. It also provides for price escalation and six additional classrooms. Change Order No. 3 provides for railings at roof hatches, changes to fencing, handrail, and site stem wall, electrical modifications, additional site elements and masonry reinforcement, redirection of cable television and phone lines, and removal of wet well on site. Change Order No. 4 provides for upgrade of exterior finish and Builder's Risk adjustment.
