APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, Inc. JBD Construction, Inc. is providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provides for construction of a dumpster pad.

Approval of expenditure to JBD Construction, Inc. will permit construction of the dumpster pad. Project completion is scheduled for January 26, 2007.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Total cost of the project is $17,387. Funding will be derived from 2 Mill.
