APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $25,604.50 EXTRA
ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Robert J. Hugenschmidt, P.E. On May 6, 2006, the Board appointed the firm of Alto Construction Company, Inc. The scope of work provided for track renovation at Adams Middle School and reconstruction of track at Stewart Middle School. The Stewart Middle School track is jointly used by Stewart Middle School and Blake High School.

This change order provides for construction of a swale and soil testing at Stewart Middle School. It also provides for drainage system improvements at Adams Middle School.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
