APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $23,414.57 CREDIT
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $3,000.00 EXTRA
ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Carruthers & Associates, Architects, P.A. On June 6, 2006, the Board appointed the firm of Riviero Painting. The scope of work provided for complete exterior painting and waterproofing, painting of all lockers, and painting of selected interior areas.

Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides for applying one coat of galvanized primer and two coats of epoxy to Woodworking Shop ductwork.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
