This project was planned by the engineering firm of GLE Associates. On June 6, 2006, the Board appointed the firm of Riveiro Painting for project completion. The scope of work provided for exterior painting, waterproofing, and metal repair.

Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District. Change Order No. 2 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 3 provides for replacement of damaged landscaping. Change Order No. 4 provides a time extension for rain delays.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill and Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance.
