EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of Tanase & Associates, Inc. On June 6, 2006, the Board appointed the firm of Inter-Bay Electric Inc. for project completion. The scope of work provided for demolition and installation of fire alarm systems at Marshall and Summerfield and intercom systems at Summerfield and Tampa Bay Boulevard.
This change order provides for additional equipment at Marshall as required by the District Safety Office, equipment required at Summerfield for additional relocatable classrooms, and equipment required at Tampa Bay Boulevard to interface with new classroom building. A time extension is included for completion of the work.
The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
