HVAC REPLACEMENT
APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RHC and Associates, Inc. and Kenyon & Partners, Inc. were selected from the Approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the project. Completion is scheduled for August 25, 2007.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Construction cost is warranted at $727,495. The construction budget is $727,495. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
