SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Partnership Between the School District's Office of Recruitment and Tampa Work Force Alliance.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This partnership will increase the district's access to pre-qualified instructional and support applicants relocating to the Tampa Bay area or transitioning from other employment. In addition, the Tampa Work Force Alliance will provide one of their staff members to participate in out-of-state recruitment initiatives to complement the district's efforts in offering employment to qualified applicants. The Tampa Work Force Alliance will develop, with the support of community businesses, a recruitment incentive package for goods and services upon employment with the district.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

None--This partnership will not require any cost to the district and will be funded out of the Tampa Work Force Alliance budget.
