EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 15, 2004, the Board approved the appointment of The Architectural Practice, Inc. for architectural services. On May 16, 2006, the Board awarded the contract for construction management services to Ellis Construction Company. The scope of work provides for a new 720 student station elementary school.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
