SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Schenkel Shultz Architecture with Batson-Cook Company providing construction management services. The scope of work provides for the addition of 16 primary classrooms.
Approval of the design development phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. Project completion is scheduled for June 2008.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $2,963,889. The estimate of probable cost is $2,963,889, which includes $138,475 for extraordinary site conditions. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 02 and 06.
