SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 26, 2005, the Board appointed Sylla, Inc. and HCBeck, Ltd. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility will be a reuse of the Middleton High School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Alonso, Gaither, and Sickles High Schools.
Approval of the site adaptation will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $47,361,429. The estimate of probable cost is under review to identify design strategies to insure budget compliance. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2004C and 2006.
