On July 11, 2006, the School Board approved an Agreement to Use Real Property in favor of the Seahawks of Tampa Bay, Inc. for use of a portion of the "old" Coleman football field and paved parking areas adjacent to both Coleman Middle and Dale Mabry Elementary Schools. The principal of Coleman has been approached by the South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse League and the Seahawks to enjoin in the use of these facilities for the betterment of both teams. The principal and teams have worked through the details of the usage of the facilities and also improvements to the field.

The term of this Agreement is one year with three one-year renewal periods. This Agreement is subject to termination, reduction, restriction, or modification by the Board at all times for any reason deemed sufficient by the Board.

This Agreement has been reviewed by the School Board Attorney as to form and sufficiency.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
