EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
RHC and Associates, Inc. and Kenyon & Partners, Inc. were selected from the Approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.
This change order provides credits for direct purchase of materials by the District and value engineering items deducted from the design documents. It also provides a new three way valve on the air handler.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
