SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Use of School Bus (School Board Vehicle) by the City of Tampa for Summer Enrichment Program.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Tampa is requesting the use of our school buses and drivers to conduct a 2007 Summer Enrichment Program of planned activities for school-age children in Hillsborough County. The program provides water safety instruction, recreational swim, field trips, specialty camps and City-wide events for all City and County recreation facilities.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
There is no financial impact to the District. The City of Tampa agrees to pay for costs of transportation at the rate of $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile. This agreement includes a budget of $245,529.00 to be paid to Hillsborough County Public Schools for transportation services.
