Approve the Addition of Components to the Master Plan for Inservice Education.

Florida Statue Section 1012.98 requires that each district school board shall develop and maintain an inservice educational training program. Descriptions of training programs offered for inservice credit are incorporated into the Master Plan for Inservice Education. The revision of the Master Plan for Inservice Education is approved annually by the School Board and Florida Department of Education. During the year specific training needs arise that require new courses to be developed and added to the Master Plan.

The cost of these courses will be covered by Staff Development budget.

June 30, 2007. Required Department of Education evaluations are completed at the conclusion of each training. The results of the evaluation will be captured through the Professional Development System.
