SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Key Engineering Associates, Inc. The scope of work provides for field drainage improvements and track resurfacing. The project was advertised and only one bid was received (see attachment). The sole bidder, Alto Construction, is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 19, 2007.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $249,050 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $249,050.
