Approve Agreement with the Florida State Fair Authority for High School Graduations (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Florida State Fairgrounds – Expo Hall is needed for graduation ceremonies for Adult Education and 11 high schools (Blake, Brandon, East Bay, Jefferson, Leto, Newsome, Plant, Plant City, Riverview, Robinson, and Tampa Bay Technical). Graduations are scheduled for May 18, 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2007 (rehearsals begin May 18, 2007). Friday May 25, 2007, is held in reserved for a make-up day.

Other: This is in accordance with School Board Policy / Summary of Procedures 5.20 - Hillsborough County Public Schools sets forth all requirements necessary in order to meet graduation requirements.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total expenditure of this request is $62,117.66. These dollars are already funded in the Division of Administration budget.
