EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The existing Instructional Services Center had exceeded its useful life and was demolished to allow construction of a two-story 100,000 square foot office building. On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the design-build firm of R.R. Simmons Construction Corporation to provide design and construction management services for the exterior building shell.

Change Order Nos. 4 and 5 provide credits for the direct purchase of materials by the District.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
