SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Tagliarini Architectural Group, PA. The scope of work provides a new roof over the Gym and Cafeteria and replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc., is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 17, 2007.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $1,129,792 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance and 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $1,129,792.
