Approve Contract with Prints, Inc. (Human Resources Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hillsborough County Public Schools agrees to enter into a contract with Prints, Inc. (attached) as a subcontractor to facilitate fingerprints to FDLE, which will forward the records to the appropriate licensure. Until March 1, 2007, school districts facilitated the fingerprinting process for all state licensure agencies at the request of the Department of Education. Because of a state RFP, Prints, Inc., was awarded the contract. They have requested that the school district become a subcontractor to assist in improving their services. Prints Inc. will provide the necessary equipment, training, and technical assistance. This contract has been reviewed by our school board attorney.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The district will receive $4 for each person the district fingerprints.
