Approve Use of School Bus (School Board Vehicle) and Bus Driver by Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Inc.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Inc. is requesting the use of our school buses and drivers to transport students from their home areas to schools. For the past four years the program has provided students with skills and experience needed when they graduate and move into the work force.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There is no financial impact to the District. The Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance, Inc. agrees to pay for costs of transportation at the rate of $30.00 per hour and $1.75 per mile.
