EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Mechanical Engineering Solutions, Inc. On February 21, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provided for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system replacement.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
