APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - $184,059.82 CREDIT / 56 CALENDAR DAY TIME EXTENSION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Hahn Engineering, Inc. On March 14, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provides for the replacement of mechanical system components, including the chillers and air handlers.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Also included is a time extension necessitated by unforeseen delays in test and balance of the new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
