Approve Applications for Pupil Special Assignment for the 2007-2008 School Year, List # 7

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In accordance with the District’s Policy and Procedure for special assignment, the applications processed for the month of June are as follows: Elementary 255 with 144 approved; Middle 108 with 41 approved; and Senior 151 with 38 approved. Total processed for June is 514.

The year-to-date applications for 2007-2008 are as follows: Elementary 1,692 with 481 approved; Middle 751 with 188 approved; and Senior 1,129 with 255 approved. Total processed year-to-date is 3,572.

Other: This is in accordance with Policy 5.03 Procedure Summary on student assignment.
