Approve Agreement for the Transfer of School Buses to Shiloh Charter School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Hillsborough County Public Schools will support Shiloh Charter School by allowing the Charter School to use two buses, identified in the agreement, for the sole purpose of transporting students. The Charter School will be responsible for all costs associated with the operation, upkeep, maintenance and repair of the buses. Shiloh Charter School will return the buses to the Board upon the termination of this Agreement in the condition in which they were received except for normal wear and aging.

The school buses are surplus buses scheduled for auction. Upon return of District property, the buses will be auctioned by the approved vendor. Earnings will be returned to the District.
