EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Gould Evans Associates with Manhattan Construction Company providing construction management services. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classroom buildings. Portables will be provided to house students and faculty until completion of the replacement facilities.
This change order provides for exterior finish colors that follow the architectural compatibility plan as requested by MacDill Air Force Base. Also included is the upgrade of the metal roof and windows from clear anodized aluminum to terra cotta and dark bronze respectively.
