EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 22, 2005, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects and Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This facility is a modification of the Pizzo Elementary School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Citrus Park, McKitrick, and Schwarzkopf Elementary Schools.
Change Order No. 3 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District. Change Order No. 4 provides for a new washer and dryer in Room 155, LP (liquid propane) gas tank enclosure, and revision of the stairs, balconies, and railings.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2002 and Classrooms for Kids 2005.
