APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 - $24,144.67 EXTRA

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. The scope of work provides for remodel of existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

This change order provides for two Gymnasium scoreboards not provided by the Pepsi Cola Company as originally planned, changes to the Gymnasium flooring necessitated by unforeseen and concealed conditions, and electrical revisions required by code for football scoreboard and irrigation timer.
