APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 - $210,494.63 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Rowe Architects, Inc. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Skanska USA Building, Inc.

The scope of work provides for toilet renovations to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, re-roofing, electrical service upgrades, new site lighting in parking lots, painting, signage, and replacement of chalkboards with markerboards. It also includes the replacement of HVAC equipment, hardware, ceiling panels, exterior doors, and intercom, telephone, television, and security systems.

This change order provides credits for project savings, return of unused contingency funds, and final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase and Owner Controlled Insurance Programs.
