APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $18,138.23 CREDIT / 21 CALENDAR DAY TIME EXTENSION
ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of The Architectural Practice, Inc. JBD Construction, Inc. provided construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provided for improvement to the teaching facilities at Chamberlain High School's recognized culinary program in cooperation with Outback Restaurant and other suppliers/vendors who assisted with materials, services, and donations.

This change order provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. A time extension is included for completion of added scope to refurbish the toilet rooms.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
