Approve Agreement for Technical Services - Joseph A. Scolaro (Human Resources Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Mr. Scolaro is to develop and implement training materials and work processes to bring district job descriptions into best practice. He will facilitate training sessions for each division to assist them in updating existing job descriptions. The objective of the training sessions will focus on how to write clear, comprehensive, and consistent job descriptions using the district's approved template. It is estimated Mr. Scolaro will complete this task in approximately 200 hours.

EVALUATION

The General Manager of Personnel Services will meet intermittently with Mr. Scolaro to ensure a high-level of service.
