Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement and Memorandums of Understanding with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association - Teacher Unit.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A
Salary Agreement has been reached with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association - Teacher Unit retroactive to July 1, 2007 (Attachment A). Changes in language to the Teacher Contract (Attachment B) and the following
Memorandums of Understanding have been agreed upon:
- Second Semester Conference Day Change (Attachment C)
- Early Release Day Change (Attachment D)
- Impact Committee (Attachment E)
- Secondary VE Teachers (Attachment F)
- Staff Development Stipend (Attachment G)
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
All District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Provide the following salary adjustment:
- Salary: $56,942,696
- Fingerprinting: $326,400
- Insurance: $4,956,343
