APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $198,381.37 CREDIT
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $1,994.00 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Smith & Company Architects. Horus Construction Services is providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provides for roof replacement.

Change Order No. 1 provides credits for the direct purchase of materials by the District, revision of downspouts, and return of an unused bond. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.
