The scope of work provides for new systems including HVAC, sound, intercom, security and alarm. Completely new athletic field lighting is being planned with expanded electrical service. New door hardware, signage, toilet partitions and accessories will be provided campus-wide. The flooring, doors, wall and ceiling tiles, concrete walks, roofing, lockers, cabinets and water coolers will be repaired and/or replaced as needed. The auditorium lighting system and electrical in labs will be upgraded. The exterior walls will be painted and brickwork cleaned and sealed throughout the facility.
This change order provides for ductwork revisions, acoustical wall panels for rear wall of auditorium, and replacement of exhaust fan ducts. It also provides for the sealing of outside air intakes and replacement of auditorium seating.
