ELEMENTARY 'H' (SUMMERFIELD CROSSINGS)
AUTHORIZE ACCEPTANCE OF SECOND SCHOOL SITE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Staff worked through the planning process with the developers of Summerfield for the donation of an additional elementary school site for impact fee credits. The site will contain a 15 acre +/- site contiguous to a 23.8 acre county park site. This is the second elementary school site dedicated by the developers of Summerfield.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8: Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
