This project is being planned by the engineering firm of Hahn Engineering, Inc. The scope of work provides for HVAC equipment replacement. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Serge's A/C, Inc., is recommended. The starting date will be July 18, 2005, with a projected completion date of September 30, 2005.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

Total funds in the amount of $699,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The bid amount is $359,000.
