SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
By Development Order of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners dated May 25, 2004, a 24 +/- acre school site is to be dedicated to the School District at the proposed DG Farms subdivision located in South County. During conceptual site development, it has been determined by the district that it will be necessary to acquire up to 5 additional acres for the siting of both an elementary and middle school. This school site will be co-located with a County park facility.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8: Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Appraisal fees in an amount not to exceed $5,000 will be derived from 2 Mill Capital Outlay budget for site acquisitiion.
